• 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar


• 2 large eggs


• 2 large egg yolks


• 1 tsp vanilla extract


• 1/2 cup (60 g) all-purpose flour


• Pinch of salt


• Butter and cocoa powder, for greasing the ramekins

<b> 1.Preheat the Oven:</b> Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Position a baking sheet in the center of the oven to catch any drips.


<b> 2.Prepare the Ramekins:</b> Generously butter the ramekins, ensuring the sides and bottoms are well-coated. Dust each with cocoa powder, tapping out the excess. This will help the cakes release easily after baking.


<b> 3.Melt Chocolate and Butter:</b> In a medium heatproof bowl, combine the chopped chocolate and butter. Set the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) and stir occasionally until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.


<b> 4.Mix Dry Ingredients:</b> In another bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, flour, and a pinch of salt.
