Hey Lykkers! We’ve just returned from an unforgettable trip to The Landmark in Abu Dhabi, and we can’t wait to share our adventures with you.

From stunning architecture to tantalizing local cuisine, there’s so much to explore in this vibrant part of the UAE.

The Landmark: An Architectural Marvel

As we approached The Landmark, we were immediately struck by its striking design. This iconic mixed-use development features impressive residential, commercial, and leisure spaces that blend modernity with traditional Emirati culture. One of the first attractions we visited was the sprawling shopping mall, where we spent hours browsing international brands and local boutiques.

The Landmark is also home to a spectacular observation deck, offering breathtaking views of the Abu Dhabi skyline. The view at sunset is absolutely mesmerizing! The observation deck is open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM, and tickets are priced at approximately AED 50 (about $14). We highly recommend this experience; it’s worth every dirham!

Thrilling Attractions and Activities

In addition to shopping, The Landmark offers various entertainment options. We caught a movie at the state-of-the-art cinema, which screens the latest blockbusters in comfort. There’s also a family entertainment center with arcade games, making it an ideal spot for families.

For those seeking relaxation, the nearby parks and green spaces provide a serene escape from the bustling city. We spent a lovely afternoon picnicking at one of the parks, soaking in the beautiful surroundings.

Staying Nearby: The Hilton Abu Dhabi

After a day of exploration, we checked into the Hilton Abu Dhabi, just a stone's throw away from The Landmark. This luxurious hotel features stunning sea views, an inviting pool, and exquisite dining options. We were pleasantly surprised by the rates, which start at around AED 600 (about $163) per night. It was the perfect home base for our adventures!

Savoring Local Delights

No trip to Abu Dhabi would be complete without indulging in local cuisine. We discovered some fantastic eateries near The Landmark. One of our favorites was Al Dhafra, known for its authentic Emirati dishes. We savored a traditional shawarma wrap for AED 15 (about $4) and tried the delicious falafel for AED 10 (about $3). The prices were incredibly reasonable, and the flavors were simply unforgettable!

We also visited the nearby Souk Qaryat Al Beri, where we enjoyed a delightful dinner with a view of the water. The grilled fish and saffron rice were standout dishes, with prices around AED 70 (about $19) per meal. Dining here felt like a true cultural experience.

Our trip to The Landmark in Abu Dhabi was filled with excitement, stunning sights, and delicious flavors. We loved exploring the architectural beauty of the area, enjoying local delicacies, and relaxing in the comfort of the Hilton Abu Dhabi.
