Strawberries are delicious and popular fruits that many people enjoy.


Apart from being used to make strawberry jam, strawberries can also be turned into ice cream, jelly, desserts, and strawberry cake rolls, among other things. Below are four strawberry recipes that will allow you to enjoy them to the fullest.


Strawberry Yogurt Sandwiches:


Ingredients: Strawberries, sliced bread, yogurt, eggs, salt, and sugar.


Instructions:


1. Trim the edges of the bread slices.


2. Cut strawberries and mix them with yogurt. You can also blend some strawberries and yogurt together using a juicer and then add the strawberry pieces.


3. Whisk two eggs with a bit of sugar and salt.


4. Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture and fry them in a pan until they turn golden brown.


Strawberry Cupcakes:


Ingredients: 2 eggs, 60g granulated sugar, 60g low-gluten flour, 10g butter, 10g milk.


Instructions:


1. Melt the butter with milk. Sift the low-gluten flour and keep it aside.


2. Beat the eggs, add granulated sugar, and beat until the mixture forms a consistent texture.


3. Combine the flour and egg mixture, then add the butter and milk mixture.


4. Fill paper cups with the batter to about 80% full. Bake in a preheated 170°C oven for around 15 minutes. After cooling, top with whipped cream and strawberries.


Strawberry Sugar Water:


Ingredients: 300g fresh strawberries, powdered sugar.


Instructions:


1. Rinse the strawberries twice and soak them in lightly salted water for 10 minutes. Rinse them thoroughly.


2. Remove the stems and place the strawberries in a pot.


3. Add a few pieces of powdered sugar based on your preference for sweetness.


4. Boil over medium heat, then simmer until the strawberries soften (around 10 minutes). Let it cool before serving.


Strawberry Mille Crêpes:


Ingredients: 2 eggs, 30g high-gluten flour, 70g low-gluten flour, 40g sugar, 300g milk, 20g butter.


Instructions:


1. Sift 70g low-gluten flour and 30g high-gluten flour into a bowl. Add 40g sugar and eggs, and mix until smooth.


2. Gradually add 300g of milk while stirring. The batter will become thick.


3. Melt 20g butter and add it to the batter. Mix well and strain the batter.


4. Heat a pan and pour in a small amount of batter, spreading it evenly. Cook until the bottom is firm and can be removed from the pan.


5. Whip 300g light cream with 20g sugar until grainy. Layer pie crust and cream three times, adding thick-cut strawberry slices between layers. Finish with cream, halved strawberries, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
