Avocado has transitioned from being an exotic Mexican delicacy to a common fruit.

In every 100 grams of avocado pulp, you can find approximately 23.49 grams of fat, 5.6 grams of sugar, 1.25 grams of protein, and 1.8 grams of fiber.

It also contains 8 milligrams of vitamin C. Despite its higher calorie content, avocados are highly regarded in Europe, the United States, Japan, and various other countries for their nutritional value.

A single avocado provides a substantial amount of dietary fiber, meeting about 34% of the recommended daily intake.

The soluble fiber found in avocados aids in removing excess cholesterol from the body, while the insoluble fiber ensures proper digestive system functioning and helps prevent constipation.

Moreover, a single avocado supplies 57 micrograms of folic acid, accounting for 28% of your daily folic acid requirement.

Despite its relatively high-fat content, avocado boasts a much lower caloric value compared to butter, making it a healthier alternative for baking.

For a unique and refreshing flavor, try out the following recipe for avocado bread:

Ingredients:

- 100g ripe avocado flesh (cut into small pieces)

- 55g sugar

- 2g salt

- 130g milk

- 300g gluten flour

- 4g yeast

Procedures:

1. Place all the ingredients into the bread machine in sequence. Choose the "Dough" function, allowing the machine to knead and ferment the mixture for about one and a half hours.

2. Following the first fermentation, select the "Quick Mix" function and let the dough rise for 5 minutes. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and let them rest on the counter for 15 minutes.

3. Take one piece of dough and shape it into a teardrop form. Roll it out into a 20cm length using a rolling pin, with one end wider than the other.

4. Repeat this process for all ten pieces of dough, creating long, thin cones. Begin rolling from the broader end.

5. Arrange the baking pan with the bread rolls in the middle of the oven, and place a pan of warm water on the bottom shelf. Activate the oven's fermentation function at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes, allowing the dough to undergo a second fermentation.

6. After the second fermentation is complete, remove the water and the baking pan filled with bread.

7. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and bake the bread rolls for 18 minutes or until the tops turn a golden brown color.

8. To maintain the avocado's fresh green hue, skip brushing the bread's surface after the second rise. This might result in a lack of gloss on the finished product, but rest assured, the texture remains incredibly soft with an excellent pull-apart effect.

Tips:

1. Ensure the avocado used is ripe.

2. If your oven is smaller (30L), baking the entire recipe in one pan might be crowded. You can split the dough into two pans and bake them separately to achieve the desired result.
