Hello, Lykkers! If you've ever dreamed of wandering through cobblestone streets, exploring grand castles, and tasting the finest food, then Prague should be on your list.

We recently had the pleasure of discovering this beautiful city, and we're excited to share our adventures with you. From picturesque views to delicious dishes, we found that Prague offers something for everyone.

A Taste of Prague's Delicacies

We couldn't visit Prague without indulging in some of its renowned local cuisine. One dish we absolutely loved was Svíčková—a creamy meat stew served with a side of dumplings. It's a traditional Czech dish that's hearty and flavorful. We enjoyed it at a charming local restaurant, Lokál, which is known for serving authentic Czech food in a cozy setting. The prices here are very reasonable, with a main course starting around 200 CZK, making it a perfect spot for a casual and satisfying meal. Another treat we couldn't resist was Trdelník, a sweet, doughy pastry often served with sugar and walnuts. You'll find this delicious snack being sold by street vendors throughout the city, and it's a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Where to Stay in Prague

After a day of exploring Prague's incredible attractions, we needed a place to rest our tired feet. We found the perfect hotel, Hotel Kings Court, which is centrally located, making it easy to access Prague's top attractions. The hotel offers comfortable and modern rooms, and its elegant design adds a touch of luxury to the stay. Room prices start at about 3,500 CZK per night, and we found it to be an excellent value for the level of comfort and service provided. The hotel also has a wonderful spa, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing.

Must-See Attractions in Prague

We made sure to visit Prague Castle, one of the largest ancient castles in the world. It's a historical site that boasts stunning architecture and offers incredible views of the city. The entrance fee is around 350 CZK, and it's open every day from 9 AM to 5 PM, giving us plenty of time to explore. Another must-see is the Charles Bridge, which is one of Prague's most iconic landmarks. We walked across the bridge at sunrise, and the sight of the early morning light shining on the Vltava River was absolutely breathtaking. It's free to visit, but the early morning is the best time to avoid crowds.
